1. SCOPE AND VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT

This document defines the contractual relationship between the company Taikine SA (hereafter “the Seller” or “We”), located at 2, chemin du Vuasset, 1028 Préverenges, Switzerland, and any individual making a purchase (hereafter “the Buyer” or “You”) on the online store www.Testoryn.com (hereafter “the Platform”).

Access to our services and the confirmation of an order imply your unconditional acceptance of these terms. By checking the box “I certify that I have read and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale,” you digitally sign this contract. If you refuse these terms, please do not complete your purchase.

The Platform offers for sale the following products (hereafter “the Items”):

* Testoryn® "Testo+"
* Testoryn® "Flash Booster"

Purchases are strictly reserved for adults (18 years and older) with full legal capacity.

The purchase process consists of the following steps:

1. Basket creation (selection of Items and quantities),
2. Entering billing and shipping information,
3. Payment validation via our secure interface,
4. Final recording of the transaction,
5. Sending a receipt via email.

Every order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the Items. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any suspicious transaction.

We may update these rules at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect on the day of the order. Platform operation may be suspended without notice for maintenance or other reasons.

2. PRICING POLICY AND TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Amounts are displayed in CHF, EUR, GBP, USD or CAD depending on your geographical zone. Applicable VAT is included for deliveries within Europe, the UK, and Switzerland. However, for deliveries to other destinations, customs duties or import fees may be required by local authorities. In such cases, these costs are solely at the Buyer’s expense.

The Seller may adjust its prices at any time. However, the price guaranteed to the Buyer is the one displayed at the basket validation.

Items remain the property of Taikine SA until full payment of the order.

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND AUTOMATIC REPLENISHMENT

Certain offers referred to as “Cures,” “Plan & Save,” or “Scheduled Deliveries” include an automatic subscription mechanism. This system allows the Buyer to benefit from a significant discount or free products on their first shipment. In exchange, an automatic renewal is activated (at the initial price but without any gifts provided at the time of subscription).

Example of operation: An initial order billed at €64.90 (instead of €79.90) with a gift included will trigger a new shipment the following month billed at €64.90, containing only the basic product.

The Buyer maintains full control over their subscription: they can suspend or cancel it at any time by writing to help@Testoryn.com or by contacting customer service through the provided form.

4. PAYMENT FOR PURCHASES

Payment is due at the time of order. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption. Shipment of the Items is only initiated after confirmation of the payment’s validity by the banking institution.

5. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

Packages are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 72 business hours following payment confirmation, except in cases of exceptional stock shortages.

In case of temporary unavailability, we will inform you of the new estimated delivery time.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before final validation. Free shipping offers may apply based on the amount or destination.

The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided address. Any package returned to the sender due to incorrect address or non-claim will be reshipped at the Buyer’s expense.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (LEGAL PERIOD)

The Buyer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt to withdraw without needing to justify reasons. The notification should be sent to help@Testoryn.com. Products must be returned new and sealed within 14 days, at the Buyer’s expense. Refund will be initiated within two weeks after receipt of the return.

7. EXTENDED WARRANTY

Beyond the legal right, we offer a ZERO RISK “Satisfaction or Money Back” warranty valid for 1 year after receipt. To claim this warranty, the return must be made before the expiry of this period. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. This extended warranty is only applicable to the first purchase of the same customer.

8. COMPLIANCE AND HIDDEN DEFECTS

If an Item arrives damaged or defective (reporting mandatory within 14 days), the Seller will cover the return shipping and exchange costs. Contact support before any return to have your request registered and to obtain return instructions: help@Testoryn.com.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our products comply with Swiss standards. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to verify the legality of the products in their country of residence. We decline any responsibility in case of customs blockage or non-compliance with local legislation.

11. DATA PRIVACY

Your personal data are necessary for processing the order. They are handled in strict compliance with the Federal Data Protection Act (LPD) and our Privacy Policy.

12. COPYRIGHT

All content on the Platform (texts, images, code) is the exclusive property of Taikine SA. Any reproduction without authorisation is considered counterfeiting.

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for the content hosted on third-party sites accessible via hyperlinks on our Platform.

14. CONTINUITY OF SERVICE

Access to the Platform may be temporarily interrupted for technical reasons. This interruption does not entitle to any compensation.

15. NETWORK SECURITY

Although we use secure protocols, zero risk does not exist on the Internet. We commit to a means obligation to protect your exchanges.

16. INDEMNITY

The Buyer agrees to indemnify Taikine SA against any claim or complaint related to fraudulent or non-compliant use of their account or Items.

17. NON-WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure by us to enforce any obligation does not constitute a waiver of that obligation. This contract represents the entire agreement between the parties.

18. CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT

The Seller may transfer its contractual rights and obligations to any third party of its choice.

19. VALIDITY OF CLAUSES

If any clause is deemed invalid by a competent court, the remaining clauses shall remain fully applicable.

20. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Taikine SA’s registered office in Lausanne, Switzerland, subject to appeal to the Federal Court.
